This covers the traditional areas of merger, acquisition and disposal but is aimed at meeting the strategic objectives of a business. We will prepare the Information Memorandum, manage the process and assist in the negotiations.
We are also happy to provide ad hoc advice to management where we are not managing the process. We only undertake none institutional due diligence and with a very focused brief to meet the needs of our clients.
